I'm sure you'll be fine. People always do their best when they're busy, I find. And if I were you, I'd go to the honor band thing. That's quitie an opportunity, man and I wouldn't turn it down just to practice some more. Do it.

Thank you whoever-you-are for the reminder.

While I do appreciate it, I did not practice today because I have class from 9:30am until 7pm. I did have my lesson however, and I did practice yesterday.

... I sure did. I normally enjoy it very much, though today I'm sure some F-bombs were heard coming from my practice room. Or something like that.

Who the hell are you anyway? :)

Do the Honor Band thing. Sometimes you have to kick your own ass in order to make things happen. I know it's not very good consolation to say that, and I know you don't want to hear about how much better it will be after it's all over. But that's the best I can give you. :) Seriously, when opportunities like this come up, you gotta take 'em. And sadly, sometimes that means sacrificing things that you like to do - video games, reading, movies, etc. Luckily you've made music your niche, so at least you don't have to give that up! Welcome to the shitty adult world. This is why we drink.

It's too late. I told her I was not going. I know it would be a good experience, and I wish I could, but I absolutely don't regret not going.

I don't watch movies, read, or play video games on weekdays usually, and I'm used to it when I have something going on and I can't do that on the weekends.

I simply can't begin to think about how missing five days, 3 days of classes, will set me back. Judging by the test I had in ethnics today, that class isn't going well. You're kinda screwed if you miss a day in Biology too.

It's a week before a concert, one in which I have a very important part that I cannot play.
I may also have a gig and some other obligations during that time too.

Oh well.
