Supposed to be 80 degrees today, and 40 for a high tomorrow.  That's Texas.

The Morning Doves have returned to their home in my garden to have their baby.  They've been coming here every year since I bought the house in 2002.  It's one of  the most beautiful sounds in the world, to hear them coo.  There's no way to not feel at peace when you hear it ( Read more... )

I've always been a yoga fan, but Pilates has really become my favourite since breaking my back.  My mom and I do it twice a week at my house.  We have so much fun.  Good times.  I've been discharged from physical therapy and my PT got me a dvd from the oldest surviving student of Joseph Pilates.
