Hard as this is to read, I have to say that this story is lovely. I love how you word things, and the emotions that both Ruki and Reita alike feel are so realistically there that it's like I'm seriously in their minds and watching this through their own viewpoints.

I try to understand, I really do, but… nothing makes sense.

At least, not anymore.
