I did 7 miles this morning outside. I was strangely energetic, so I decided to push past the 6.5 target. I could have kept on going, but I pushed the last mile faster instead.
It may have been due to the rice I ate yesterday. Carbs... Interesting feeling.
I ran 6.5 miles today outside in the park non stop. It was my first time running longer than 5 kilometers non stop. I probably kept about a 5.5 to 6.5 mph pace the entire time. The last 1.5 miles was pretty tough.
I feel good. Really good.
I think I'll stick with this 10k distance every weekend for a while until I'm used to it. From there... who
