Now, you should DEFINITELY take him to puppy pre-school if he is not too old, and preferable obedience classes (I can give you the details, or ask the vet). They are mostly to teach you haw to train him and how to understand his behaviour. Small dogs have a reputation for being spoiled, possesive and yappy, as I am sure you have seen in the past - but it all comes down to training! I probably don't need to tell you any of this anyway.
Hmm, I wonder how they would get on with my dogs...
