I decided to have a culinary weekend. I found this cute greengrocer's around the corner (it's only taken me three months...) and bought loads of vegetables including PUMPKIN.
I kinda used one currently on Sainsbury's website but I didn't measure a whole lot. I knew I needed roughly half the pumpkin so I just sort of made it look right in the pan. Oh and I threw some cream in too :).
But, unfortunately, I am not at home and so I can just think about pie and drooooool....my roomie is one helluva chef, though, and she is making pumpkin bread as we speak!
I have a medical question for you, doctor lady -- it is this: can the body handle more than one vitamin at once? I thought someone told me once that it can't -- that it basically chooses one or two vitamins and dumps the rest...I mean, when you take a multivitamin.
I hope the question made decent amounts of sense. :-)
