nothing like an OSCE to make you feel like you picked the wrong career path.
seriously, that thing was terrible. I haven't wanted to cry that badly about med school since last year when I was only sleeping 5 hours a night and still not getting to see my (then) boyfriend. -

From my last preclinical OSCE. I don't actually know the neuro exam. But I can fake my way through it. I REALLY don't know the musculoskeletal exam. But I can fake my way through it. Everything else, I feel pretty good about. I'm glad we don't have to actually diagnose the problem or plan treatment. -

My poor grandmother, though her official height is 5'8", weighs less than I do (she also appeared shorter than me in our pictures from the wedding, between my heels and her severe kyphosis).

It bothers me that an old friend of mine from high school is a substitute teacher who subbed for Reading class today doesn't actually know how to spell "subbing" - granted, it was reading, not spelling, but the two are intimately linked. -

Learning the male GU exam in 20 minutes. Huzzah.
