Dinner Catchup Post
Wednesday Night and Thursday night I worked late and ate the dinner provided at work. California Pizza Kitchen on Wednesday and Bucca di Beppos on Thursday. Tonight though, we're having BBQ pulled pork, black beans and rice. I invited my parents over so they're bringing the vegetable, and Kip is picking up some beer to have with dinner ( Read more... ) -

Dinner tonight was frozen gnocci from Trader Joe's with leftover ground beef and frozen peas thrown in. -

I like muse1 and zmary's idea of posting their dinners here. I think we're all trying to cook and eat more at home, so I really appreciate the ability to see what other folks are having and get ideas from them. Of course they have the added challenge of feeding a family, so I'm extra appreciative of the effort it must take ( Read more... ) -

Well, we're back from Yosemite. It was awesome and we did actually manage to take a few pictures. I look like ass in all of them, but I'll post one or two anyway. I suppose it goes without saying that I haven't read Live Journal since early Monday, but hopefully I'll be catching up eventually. I'm staying home today to study for my final on Wednesday. I went to Peet's this morning and am currently sucking down a Chai Freddo, and I've some chocolate covered espresso beans for later. That should take care of my caffeine needs ( Read more... )
