Can't we be romantic on paper?

This July, Mr. Cedar and I will celebrate our fifth anniversary. I haven't a clue as to what I'm getting him, and he's given up trying to guess what I want. So he asked me over the weekend what I wanted for our anniversary. 9 times out of 10, my answer to "What do you want for X Important Holiday?" is "jewelry." Filofax and tiny electronic calendars are good for different things. *nods firmly*

I use GCal only to track things that're shared (I add things, darkforge adds things, we check there first re: possible schedule conflicts) because I distrust Google, but that aspect is pretty handy.

I got a similar question from Hubby when I bought my filofax, but my rational was my iPhone (or any cell phone for that matter) doesn't work in the library at WPH and being around mostly male doctors-in-training would cause unnecessary drooling over said iPhone.

I don't get jewelry, though. . . must work on that.
