just short update about the last 2 weeks.
i worked out quite a bit during apr 20-26. i did alot of yardwork
(raking, shovelling and wheelbarrowing woodchips and sand), along
with some biking and walking. besides the pilates video in my last post, i didnt do any video workouts.
apr 27-may 3, i hardly did anything in the way of
a workout :(
