I'm in my new place.  It's great.

The good
- It's bigger than I thought.  
- Vaulted ceilings
- Washer/Dryer hookups
- AC (which I won't use, but it's good to know it's there)
- Gas ranges
- New flooring
- Quiet
- There are Redwood trees in my complex !!!

The bad
- When the new flooring was laid, the people forgot to hook up my stove and washing machine
