sorry, there's nothing you don't already know about me).

I didn't know your favorite song is Barefoot Children In the Rain. I don't think I know that song at all.

And I didn't know you wouldn't give me a kidney! ::stomps off indignantly::

It's a really sweet song by Jimmy Buffett. From the Barometer Soup CD. I think the reason I love it so much is that I sang it a lot (that whole album, actually) with Trevor when he was little. :) The CD came out when he was about 3 or so, and he knew the words to all the songs... "Barefoot Children in the Rain" was really cute sung by a three-year-old. ;)

And I didn't know you wouldn't give me a kidney! ::stomps off indignantly::

LOL... but... I *do* love your Qui-gon icon!

Hi, Cee! I just got friended by Elizabeth G. so I took a look at who her friends are, and there you were! So I've friended you.

Life is good here; G has started kindergarten and I'm upping my hours.

Hey, Helen! :-) Nice to "see" you here. I haven't been reading LJ much at all lately (OK... I haven't even opened it in weeks), but I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Meanwhile, I'll friend you, too.

I read your info page and love the birth quotes. I have five born children, and miscarried a known three. I have always tried to avoid intervention, but have allowed iv's two times, and efm every time, as well as internal checks of dilation. I am finally at a stage where when I go to the hospital I know I can drink/eat and avoid intervetion. Not ready to go at home yet, but that's because we've had very particulate meconium (I've had mec each birth...sometimes it looks like last minute mec and twice it was old mec). Anyway, I like to have the security of knowing if the baby needs real medical help I've got it ( ... )
