Horrific Bites
For the last couple of weeks I have been suffering from a string of strange bug bites. At first I thought them merely mosquito bites and dismissed them as unimportant.

Sonka howls.
That's right, our usually-so-silent-only-his-tags-stop-him from-sneaking-up-on-you dog howls. We discovered this by chance yesterday evening while a mock-battle. It went something like this:
C: "Meeeeooooooooow?"
A: "NOoooooooooooo!"
S: "Rowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu .... *crusty old man bark*"

Fabric Softener and Long Past Returns
My hands smell great.
Let me preface that with I've been doing laundry. So I've been doing laundry, in my new washing machine and dryer (well they are new to us, anyway, thanks craigslist). My hands smell like liquid fabric softener, which smells like the detergent I used last year at The Woods. This is important for a singular reason.

Well, I was in Terre Haute for the last time as a semi-resident. Sonka (the Wonder Dog) and I made a trip to Indy late on Wednesday night where we overnighted with my delighted mother. Ooh! Good n' Plenty!
Well needless to say, this has been the most fabulous string of days in a long time.
