Yes, it does sort of escalate. I hadn´t noticed that. It starts with a very simple thing and then because of that simple thing, they end up in that one un-spoken conversation we all want to see in TV.

I kept on nudging Jack to reply, but he wasn´t ready, so I let him be coy this time.

I loved this. Totally. As much as it's hard to see them saying "I love you" to each other, I can almost believe at, as Ianto would really do that for Jack.
Oh, and the icon is by x7_453, I believe :)

I think they rather show it, than saying it. But for fluff sake and just to be a happy fangirl, we do get the boys use the three special words from time to time :)

I´m glad you enjoyed the story, even more so when knowing you don´t ´hear´ them using those words!

As long as what he does, doesn´t cause the end of the world, then he´ll do it :)
