No one really warned me about the show I went to last night - Mojo Nixon. It started out pretty normal... signing petitions to get Kinky Freidman on the ballot and getting a free CD, watching the guys in tie-dye shirts mesh with the older teachers in the audience. Week #2 of my Caffeine Fast
This has happened to me once before - Freshman year, 8am classes every day. I have gotten into the habit of having a pot of coffee every morning and various caffeinated products throughout the day in order to keep me at a 'normal energy level'. Well I have calculated my grades thus far in all my classes. Basically, I need to mess up really bad in order not to get all A's. I haven't skipped a single class this semester yet. This is a record for my entire schooling career. I have a Beta Gamma Sigma induction and luncheon Monday morning and already received a renewable Marine Corp ( Read more... ) -

Today was such a lovely day I thought that going to the Arboretum would be nice. Leaving around 9am, I got there when the first bunch of visitors arrived - young ladies in wedding gowns with photographers, a couple of older folks, and of course me.
