Advice

I've been at my job for 5 months. Two weeks ago our hours got cut. We (the hourly employees in the admin offices) cannot work more than 32 hours a week until the new year. I make $10/hour. We just switched our medical insurance to me since it was cheaper and just as good. Overall we're actually still about $100 ahead monthly even after the ( Read more... )

Yeah, what they said. Doesn't matter what you think of the guy. Your lack of respect for him doesn't get the bills paid. Change jobs based on opportunity, not on personal grievances. Otherwise you might be looking for another job...

Reading personal emails is also a touchy subject, even if they are out in the open and easy to find. I wouldn't push the issue at all. Last thing you want is someone trying to take any legal recourse against you. He might could afford it where you can't...

I guess to put it simply, they don't pay you to have emotions or opinions about your bosses or coworkers. Apply for the other job for more money, good enough. Good Luck BTW.
