Contract option period on the Holleman house expired yesterday. Looks like that puppy is as good as sold. It will be nice to only have one house payment again.

Finally the old house remodeling is coming to a close. Monday new carpet was installed. The interior painting is pretty well completed. Master bathroom is successfully remodeled and looks good.
