Mmm, life-changing events.. I've had so many of those, it's not even funny. lol
I'm glad to hear you don't have self-esteem issues... You girls all drive me insane. Lol... It's always the good-looking ones too! They're always saying they're ugly... and I'm over on the side gawking. Hahaha, well, not anymore... hahahaha, but you know what I mean. :)

It's curious isn't it, our ability to change if we really want! My life wasn't always wonderful and tranquil as it is today and I went through situations when I died and had to reborn. Everything is a cycle! :)
Your story was touching. Made me remember my adolescence a long time ago. And there are similarities, like me being the "ugly duckling" LOL!
But that is long gone past isn't it? Now we're beautiful swans! ;)
