I loved your story. It was actually refreshing to see Meg and Logan hanging out as friends. I would love to read a sequel to this where we find out how Meg got Veronica and Logan back together again. Again great story.

After writing this, I LOVE Logan and Meg as friends. Even if I can't come up with a proper sequel, I want to write something else with these two. Both of them had a lot of crap come down on them in s2, so I like the idea of them helping each other out. :)

Sometimes, just hinting at something does more than writing a few hundred words about it. Mentioning the Bible verses was enough.

I did have a much longer segment written in my head, with Meg going home to her parents and all that, but the one sentence about the Bible verses ended up covering all of those bases for me. :)

I really liked this, I can see believe that Meg and Logan could form a friendship, as you say they have lots in common, and kudos to you, for touching on that, but not going into all the details. I mean that would have been interesting but would have been a different fic, so I think you showed restraint here, sometimes in writing less is more.
It was nice that Meg managed to escape her rather tragic end, as she was a good character, nice but not two dimensional.

I often like AUs where one tiny change (Meg dropping her books) alters the plotline in a big way, so I'm glad you liked this too!

Wow, what a great story to wake up to! Meg snickering--this pleases me. Meg getting the towel for Logan--just so her. The right balance of light and dark. You give good Meg! Sooo much better than what that Rob Thomas guy gave us.

I have only one complaint about this piece. The big, ol' glaring typo at the end. I know this should be a TBC and not a FIN. You can't just give us this spectacular AU and one of the best characterizations of Meg EVER and declare her intent to bring back the LoVe and then decamp to other pastures! I need more! I wanna know how she's gonna do it. I want her to teach Duncan a lesson before it's all over. I need more Meg-n-Logan friendship and Meg coping with her troubles at home. Meg goes through so much and it's usually in silence, the rest of the world oblivious. You give her story a voice and you are brilliant at it.

Sorry this is so long. In sum, this story (and your writing skills) rocked! And I hope you'll consider writing more in this universe. Thanks so much for sharing this.

jacedesbff got me hooked on writing Meg when she requested Meg/Weevil fic for vm_santa, so it's all her fault. :) I'm glad you like the way I write her!

I really liked writing Meg and Logan as friends, so if I can come up with a good story for them, I may write some more...

Excellent! I love stories that make a small but significant change to what actually happened on the show and this is a great one. Besides the bonus of Meg reaching out to Veronica, Logan didn't spend his afternoon Kendall. Bonus! lol

Great short story, but that the same time I was bummed it ended there. But better to be left wanting more. :)
