Sexual Harassment

I'm currently in the middle of a 2-hour computer based training class on sexual harassment. So far I've learned that, no matter how provocatively dressed, I cannot grab my coworkers' genitals. Also, I cannot spank my coworkers even if I use a paddle or other device to prevent direct physical contact. I am both amused and horrified at the minutia of

If it's one thing I miss about the corporate world, it's all the fun "training".

Our annual HR policy review meeting stated that you must have a license to run an escort service. It also states that it is against HR policies to have loaded or unloaded weapons in the buildings.

I just went through that seminar at my work. Boring. I get the need but really. We have to do it every 2 years.

Personally, a girl stagehand needs to have something of a thick skin or she doesn't last. You've got to be able to hold your own and harassment isn't likely to last long.

But I realize most workplaces aren't like the stage. Sadly.

Last time I volunteered at a hospital I learned you can't give a sponge bath without the patient's consent.
