Very pretty! I miss the old-fashioned Christmas lights; Yes, the new LEDs are all great for being energy-saving, and less likely to set the tree on fire since they don't create any significant heat, but it's not the same...

They're all LED! The big ones are like pinecones and change between eight colors. They come with clips that let me set their orientation, so they're all upright.

I take the lenses off most of my LEDs, and the ones inside had minilight lenses. On mom's tree I just used extra lights without lenses. Looks nice, though misses some broad glow. Prolly put on a set of incandescent minilights on when we put some ribbon and bead garland.

And the star looks so warm because it's made of rice paper instead of plastic with the LED lights inside.
