Twenty-ten, eh? I wonder if it'll happen this year, or wait until next year, when people stop saying "two-thousand-whatever" and start saying "twenty-whatever". They say it'll happen at large by next year, since "two-thousand-eleven" takes longer to say.

Walter Cronkite would've been 93 today, except he died in July, mere days before the fortieth anniversary of his famous coverage of man walking upon the moon.

Lately I've been having drastic and unpredictable mood swings. I will feel perfectly content with the world and everything in it, and suddenly I'll have an overwhelming feeling of despair and loneliness. And then sometimes I just won't feel anything at all.

That's weird. The other day I was looking for a book to take to work, and I decided I hadn't read Ender's Game recently enough, so I grabbed that off the shelf and off I went.
