She is fantastic! Her malapropisms are always hysterical and her relationships with everyone on the show are wonderful.

I have a Mii that was supposed to look like me an turned out looking pretty much like Scully. I think that says something about my total love for this amazing character.

I'm going to come back to this fantastic meme (thank you Cinna!) when I have something more articulate to say about my love for Dana Scully:)

Okay! Scully.

I can't even being to process all the things I love about her, but I will list a few here.

1. She doesn't have to act like a dude to be badass.
2. She tells Mulder about himself. All the time.
3. She is loyal in the fiercest kind of way.
4. She's not afraid to cry.
5. (This one's a little longer, but whatevs.) People who write her in fic sometimes seem to think she's a cold bitch, but she's not. She just prefers not to advertise all her shit on her sleeve, TYVM. When she feels, it runs deep (anybody who has watched her mourn Mulder or give up William couldn't possibly argue this). It's just that she doesn't consider most people worthy enough to open up to them.

I could go on and on and on. She's one of the most nuanced character of any gender who's ever appeared on TV, and Gillian Anderson deserves all the awards for bringing her to life.

Alicia, Alicia, Alicia. Where do I even start?

Her depth and warmth are unparalleled.

She is whip-smart, the epitome of composed, full of grace and compassion and has so much love for her family; she is fiercely protective of her children and the people she cares about; she is deft and calculating in a way that never feels manipulative. Get to know her a little bit, and she's not Saint Alicia or an ice queen at all - she's got a great sense of humor and a capacity for mischief.

Her wardrobe is a thing I covet. Like, I unabashedly lust after her skirts. Also, her collection of heels. Oh my god.

Basically: A++ all around. Lady is doing it right.
