Sigh... drama seems to be inescapable. In college, people are calling it so immature and "high school". But in high school, I always thought it was so very "elementary school ( Read more... )

I do remember all that crappy drama. There was high school drama. But there is one thing I have to say... cegep is not as dramatic by far. There is drama... yes. But when I'm at cegep... none of it involves me. Between friend there will always be drama. But when around people at cegep, when meeting new people... there isn't nearly as much... at least not at all like high school. NOTHING compared to high school(and elementary). There was drama between matt and I... but no one else. Probably if I had a huge group of friends at cegep that I see often there would be. As it is now, there isn't much.

Well, like I said, where people gather, there will be drama. If you don't hang out with as many people, it would follow that there should be less drama, right? *shrug*
Cegep can't possibly be the only exception! Or else that really really sucks that I missed out on it.

Nah... I'm sure there is. Actuallyl.. the only time I've seen drama is between the anime loving type people. Everyone else always seems to just get along. People don't look very stressed. Everyone is a bit laid back... And then again... a lot of people study in their spare time.

I don't see much drama and I'm certainly not involved in much... the most drama I've had is seeing a few of Matt's friends... and we just said hello to eachother and that's it. So... ya.... A lot different than high school.

But there is drama amongst our group of friends... it's just that we don't go to the same school. I go to Dawson, Justin and Jason go to Marianopolis and Jamie, Amy and Jenn go to Abbott oh and Eric is in high school and goes to PC. But yup. That's pretty much it.

This is why I remained mostly antisocial throughout grade school. :3 Then I metamorphosized (I think I'm creating a word here) my Senior year and realized that while I may have skipped out on all the drama in previous years, I was absolutely depriving myself of so many wonderful things. All I can do is make the most of the time ahead of me.

On a brighter note~! I bought A Lord of the Rings themed version of Monopoly that I am quite dying to play. I would highly be honored if you would accept my invitation to get together some time and play~ ♥ Let me know! :D My email is dawning[DOT]herald[AT]gmail[DOT]com.

:D That sounds like much fun! Are there little hobbit, etc, game pieces??

And yeah, I guess avoiding the drama would imply missing out on many of the great things too... That's another positive way to look at it.

*pulls out the box to look at the character pieces*

... actually, scratch that--I just intelligently disabled myself from checking the box which sits at the top of my closet because as I was standing up from my chair, I (once again) decided to try and swing my knee THROUGH the desk corner. Apparently, my skill of apparitionosity has been overestimated.

Ow. ;;_;;

I'll get back to you on those game pieces, if you don't mind...

I saw you yesterday. I did not even recognize you until right as I got up next to you. I did not know you were at South, and it surprised me a little.
Maybe I will see you again and we could talk some.

I was incognito (had sunglasses on and iPod in ears). I was going to Humanities, and you were coming from there with a boy.
