I just thought I'd give a very quick post about Log Cabin Republicans v. United States, a district court decision striking down the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy as unconstitutional.  This is a trial court decision; it's subject to appeal to the Ninth Circuit, and could in theory then be appealed to the Supreme Court.  The government is not required ( Read more... )
