Bark in the Park

Took the puppy boys to Bark in the Park yesterday. Their anxiety--the car ride, the being with other people and other dogs, etc. feeds into my anxiety which feeds into theirs which feeds into hubs which feeds back into mine and it's just a vicious cycle. This is why I rarely take Beau anywhere - his anxiety.

I love gentle yoga. I can actually do it, lol.

I wish I could say that Primo Puppy gives his love back, but he only has eyes for his kitties! 😂 Reno, however, gives you tons of love back!! 💕 And I send you hugs. Have a fabulous weekend!!

It's hard to stick to a strict diet all the time, especially if it cuts out a lot of things you enjoy. I think you just have to find a balance. I'm the same with my low GI diet - I stick to it through the week, generally, but then don't worry too much at the weekends.

That sounds really sensible, really! All the information I've been consuming the past few months says 80/20 or 75/25 adherence to a particular diet will still give you the benefit you need.
