Got a call on Friday asking if I was still interested in a position at the Nebraska Heart Hospital. I was, so they gave me the job!

I've interviewed with them twice in the past and they have gone with someone else. Now I'll be managing those two people who were hired instead of myself. It tastes so sweet :)

So apparently I haven't written on here that I'm engaged.

Well, I survived surgery, though at some points I wish I hadn't. The pain in my throat is worse than any I've ever felt before. The doctor said my tonsils were near record size, the size of golf balls, shit you not (I seen 'em). I'm on two pain killers, Tylenol 3 (Tylenol w/ Codeine) and Darvocet. Went to an Ear nose and throat specialist yesterday for some discomfort I've been having in my neck/throat recently. He strongly recommended that I get these massive tonsils pulled out of my throat, so I'm going in to have this done on 11/27, the Monday after Thanksgiving.
