07. Add curve layer -> My setting: Input - 176; Output - 209 -> Leave on normal.

negative?????because it doesn't let put such big nunmbers in negative

10. New layer -> Applied Image (under the image menu) -> Sharpen layer -> Fade Sharpen: Setting - 50% -> Leave on normal.

also how do you do this??? I'm lost here.

The fade sharpen is under the edit menu. Once again sorry for the confusion.
