robbing. as in sucking it right out you. I liked the way they worded it - absorbing. Like it can be right beside you silently pulling your energy.... and though it's silent.... you totally know if asked. What is taking your strength away from you without your permission or even to your face?
that's funny because to me 'absorbing' in that context can mean 'engrossing' or 'fascinating' IE 'that was an absorbing read'
golly.... just about everything i do can fit the bill at any given moment because I feel there's always like 12 things simultaneously i need to or want to be doing but I can only do ONE - and the one that I choose or that's chosen for me starts to feel life-sucking/absorbing/terrible
i guess if I had to choose: the answer is: whatever I happen to be doing at the current moment - even recreational
Wee hours insecurity and/or anxiety are strength robbers; I have to remind myself that I can usually solve most worldly woes (except tragedy) upon waking.
