Run - 25 minutes (first 10 minutes, intervals, 8 minute walk on 5% incline, 7 minute run on 5.8)
Abs - 3 sets of 15 reps, sit ups sitting on the ball

Wednesday, January 17:
Ran intervals - 30 minutes
Abs (with ball) - 3 sets of 8 reps
Total time: 45 minutes

Apparently I can't remember my old LJ name, so I had to create a new one. Interesting...
