Thanks, she goes back on the 8th for a follow up appointment. It still hurts her stomach when she eats, but the body aches are over.

Oh, I hope that there's an answer soon. She's too young for it to be the gall bladder -- I'd think -- but your description is bringing back memories of the pain I had with my gall stones.

Sending lots of hugs and good karma to you both. And hope that the computer problems get sorted out. You and High_Striker have been sorely missed with the crazy schedules and computer issues.

J.

I was going to flatten my computer yesterday on my day off, but I remembered at the last minute that I also need to put my realplayer on my external hard drive because there are a ton of GE videos on it.

I thought about the gall bladder, but they don't seem to be leaning that way yet. I just hope to get answers soon. At least she's still eating.

If you can identify the type of food that's giving her the most grief that will help to find the cause. It was a pain to do, but I don't know if you remember me going through a long cleanse and slowing introducing food types back into my diet one at a time three days apart so I could monitor reaction. It did help identify that I have a wheat sensitivity. I'm not allergic, but I have to watch how much I eat and how frequently. Of course, the ultimate cause was the gall bladder and that gave me grief when trying to digest saturated fats.

A dietician or nutritionist might have a good food testing regimen to try with her if the intolerance isn't obvious.

Hope there's an answer at the next appointment.

Thanks for the update, you need to get more sleep! I suppose that all Moms need that regardless of how old their children are.

I watched Grey's Anatomy last night and a patient had severe stomach pain and ended up with a diagnosis of profuria. It's extreme, but I hope whatever is wrong with your daughter, she gets some treatment to stop the pain.

Do the physical therapy exercises a little everyday. It will definitely help with pain; I know it sounds like a lot of time, but if you took 10 minutes everyday, it will feel better.

I'll let you know about my 'travels' there's a mudslide up in that area AND the rain is threatening the roads in the canyons...

After you travel, please call!!!! If you call my house phone, I'll eventually pick up if I'm home. I should always get the cell unless I'm with a patron at work.

I'm about to go into work, hopefully the ankle does well this week.
