But, no thats not where its from. its from the episode where kelso is trying to convince everyone that he did have sex with that girl from the concert and no one believes him and then one day she comes to the basement and is like kelso i need to talk to you and he says "about what, say it right here" and she was like "about that night at the concert". and then re runs around to every single person in the house saying BURN cuz they thought he was lying aboiut the girl the whole time.
