penguins are so sweet. i used to have 15 or so of them. okay, so they weren't technically mine. i volunteered at a zoo for awhile, so after my first day of playing with the penguins, i'd sneak into their area to hang out with them during lunch. one of them, artie, had a pretty big crush on me for awhile. :p he'd always waddle up to me and nuzzle my leg. i miss that little guy.

That is so neat! I saw one on real TV or something. It even had a back pack and would go get it's own food. They just seem so sweet!

Doesn't it have to be a cold climate for that?? I could imagine a little ice palace in the backyard for it how cute. I've always wanted a Camel to me they are amazing creatures. But there is no way that is going to happen! Good luck with the Penguine thing!

sandi ... you're a nerd ... and i can totally see you with a camel ... nerd.

there are actually quite a few breeds of penguins who live in warm climates.

LOL I know I tell ya all the time. I used to have dreams (yup just a little crazy) that Camels would mow the lawn. Ever since then I've always wanted one.

His name is Chris Beetmen from AS THE WORLD TURNS He'll be the NEW GUY on JAG starting this next month or so. OUT with the OLD in with the NEW!!!

So funny. A Camel? I suppose I can't say anything, I want a penguin. Maybe some day. Instead of a horse for the kids, just get a camel!

WOW! You can buy a penguin? That's the best thing since pet pigs. I have to have one.

Glad to find someone who understands the duck thing. Really excited for that one! I think it will be the second animal on the list to join the family. Third is still tied with penguin and pig (penguin is pulling ahead of the pig quickly though....)
You'll have a penguin soon too, you know it ;)
