What I Miss About Mexico

I think I was at my skinniest and healthiest, and maybe even happiest when I was there. Probably the only downer was the lack of job opportunities for myself and thus the lack of some extra income we would have liked. hey thanks for sharing this. I must say that there are a lot of similarities that I recognise. Especially when it comes to living a lifestyle in another country that seems to be healthier than in the US. I mean look around at people in the US and you understand. When I was in Texas for a few weeks recently I consistently found that I did not feel good after eating all the artifical food, whereas as soon as I got back to Turkey (despite all the white rice and bread) I immediately had a better since of well being because of my diet being less genetically modified etc...some of the problem is that we still believe the old myth that the states is the place to be for financial reason. but lets be honest, thats a story from a different era. GO BACK. :-)

Sooo true, Rafal! Thanks for the encouragement. I hope we do go back... last night Iajia's mom le reganyo because she knows as well as I do that we would be better off in Mexico and I think maybe he is letting the idea sink in a little bit more.

i say if you (he) has a job there then i'd go back too. we would live there if we could make any kind of money :] we are going for christmas this year too! so excited!

my favorite things are the carts that sell the pepinos with salt and lime! omg and the camotes (totally awful and full of sugar) but oh so good!
