This oneshot was really good. I can't get enough of that bittersweet feeling!!

I'm sad there's not more too it, I'd love to know more about the kind of life Sayuri is leading and how Maya came back into her life!!! I completely understand that feeling when a fic is just not co-operating though and it's best to just salvage what you can from it. I'd definitely be interested if any more surfaces from that original fic though *__*

The original fic was revolving around that brothel, and I was using everyone's real names, so it was Taiga/Kaoru, but I changed it to Maya/Sayuri for the oneshot to give it a more familiar feeling...I kinda feel bad that the plot I had in mind for them didn't get to bloom because I lost my will, but I'm still keeping it mind if I ever try my luck with a Bakaleya fic^^

At last I had time to read this and it's SO bittersweet and lovely. *-*
I don't care what you say, you have a way with words, you set such a mood in your fics. This one for example, was gentle and warm, but you could /FEEL/ the cold waiting for these characters around the corner and it was so painful. THANK YOU.

Also this: she had already denied it to herself once when she was still at school, and now that she had him again…she was tired of dreaming.
