I thought I could make it through my whole lecture today without a major break but I just can't take it anymore! I was on a roll from De Stijl all the way until Arp and Zurich Dada... but now the imposing and difficult to explain to 18 year olds Duchamp stands in my way. There comes a time when you have to take a total break from working on a fucking long ass Impressionism lecture. I'm finally on to Post Impressionism but only to Seurat. I still have to get throught Cezanne, Rousseau, Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Lautrec. I'm already on page 6. Usually the lectures are 8 pages. Curse this life! I'm so tired of writing ( Read more... )
