I've seen this before, and I wish I could remember the author. One of these thoughts veers far enough from the anticipated platitude that it frequently gets glossed over or even edited in the assumption of a misprint: "if you can be faithLESS and therefore trustworthy." She advocates breaking promises or commitments to people if the choice that is best for you entails it. Her book takes this philosophy down a more self-centered path than I felt comfortable with, but it's a worthwhile reminder for someone overly inclined to self-sacrifice.
Also wik, sitting with pain without hiding is anticipated, but her adding also not to try to fix it suggests slightly more thoughtfulness than the standard office poster.
