I am a little bored today. I don't have anything I have to rush and do. My website is up-to-date and inventory is caught up. I have been going through my art supplies and old zines and bagging things up for sale or RAKs

if you are paying this person they should do the job - maybe you can switch to a person who you don't know - like merry maids or something where you won't have such an emotional attachment to giving them criticism? i know i would have a very hard time too in your situation - women our age were taught to be 'so nice' that it is sometimes not so nice for our own selves.

Hi Enchy! The person I am paying is a 17 year old in her last year of high school. She is involved in all kinds of extra-curricular activities and trying to earn enough money to pay for uniforms, games, dances, and books and other things she needs. She seems tired all the time. I have been putting off saying too much because of her schedule, but I sure would like to see a little more enthusiasm. She has been doing it long enough she should be getting a little faster and getting things a little cleaner, but she just keeps putzing along. I am thinking of calling her mother to have her recheck her work and let her mother get after her since it was her idea to have her help me! I've already tried to kindly redirect her and give her priorities but she seems to get easily distracted. If it continues, I will have to say something but I will probably wait until after the first of the year. I've used Merry Maids before and at least you can call them and tell them to send out someone different if you don't like them
