Blah Blah Blah, I know, every year at the start of the year I post something like this. Last year I broke my arm so at least it was exciting. This year is just business as usual.
Holy crap, you're still here.queencallipygosJanuary 10 2020, 15:45:33 UTC
Hey there - my LJ is dormant these days, but I have a different blog that you may wanna check out; I noticed all the movie reviews that you've done recently, so would love to get your thoughts on this little beast.
I'm trying to watch my way through all of the movies that have ever been in ANY of those "1001 Movies To See Before You Die" books. I'm up to movie number 250 and the 1950s now. Come stop by!
(And - are you still in the NYC area? Maybe we could hang out in real life one of these days.)

Yeah, my LJ is kinda quiet, I'm crossposting from Dreamwidth because that's just how it went down.
I'll have to read through your old movie posts now; I know that I get a bit bored with "old" movies because I'm a simple monkey with simple tastes: EXPLOSIONS, AND LOTS OF 'EM. But if there's a comment to be made (probably an irreverent one), I'll be the one to make it.
And yes, I still work in NYC, so if you exist somewhere within the vicinity, we should definitely meet in The Real World.

Yay! Living in Brooklyn, searching for a new work gig (let me know if you know of anything). You can hit me up via the "contact" at that site.
Eventually I'll be getting to a couple of Marvel films on the list - they put GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY (the original) and AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR on the list, as well as BLACK PANTHER. But that won't be for a couple years yet; however I did just see THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL (the original one) and that was quite fun.
I'm working on it! I was extra cranky because Photobucket had a major malfunction and didn't work for a month, and that's where all my pics were. Now that it's back to normal again I'm going to go back to the blogosphere!
