With spring break being next week, I wish I had some concrete plans going on.

The main problem is me wanting to go visit my grandparents on the other coast of Florida. I figured I'd just drive there because its only a 4 hour drive anyway. Well my grandma said this idea makes her too "nervous" and that she wants me to fly. I really hate flying. I ( Read more... )

are you lookin for a 1 br or 2 br? i think my sis said someone in her complex is moving out. there are lots of duplexes by mine and sometimes i see them go up for rent. how much are you looking to spend a month

I don't have work from tuesday until saturday, I'll drive with you. I think it's better to go against her will &see her, because it would make her happier in the end. And if not, we'll just drive &see my grandma. Word.

16 is very young to be out on your own! how did you do it? im 17, but i'll be 18 in early june so everythings legal ;)

It was so hard. I had to drop out of high school due to lack of interest and home issues, mom divorcing for the 4th fucking time, i didn't want to deal with any of it anymore. My little bros and sis's were old enough to make their own choices, (i had been their main 'parent' figure since my parents were too involved in their personal and financial issues), i wanted my freedom. I was selling mushrooms (they are aquired free if you are a geek who studies mycology like i am :) ) and working full time at Taco Bell, and i had to live with my stepdad as two bachelors in a two bed apt for a few months to save up. Weird. He and i became like room mates. I saved up, he co-signed on an apartment near where i aquired a better job, and that is how i was on my way...and i have been just barely surviving ever since. My GED scores prove that i am within the top 1 percentile intellectually, but that doesn't land you a scholarship. So here i am, self-medicating on literature and music and love and life and sometimes the occasionaly drug or drink, and ( ... )
