Things have been going well. I got my first paycheck from my internship on Friday, but more importantly, things have been going well with my relationship. I had a job interview today and may have a second interview sometime in the near future. I have a trip planned that will start on Monday and was scheduled to go for about two weeks. I am wondering if graduate school was worth the investment. I enjoyed the experience and hope to embark on a career that I will enjoy shortly, but I needed to borrow a substantial amount to accomplish these goals. Meistersinger really has some lovely music, despite the overall silliness of the plot. Can't say that it's among my favorite works by Wagner, but it certainly has its moments.
