Yesterday some friends *waves to Lois and Virgil* were over at my place. I mentioned my prospective trip to hell Monchengladbach and one of them went websurfing for it. I've been workign hard on my new project. It's turning out to be very stressful (as I had thought) with no interesting work to be done but a lot of dull things to work on very rapidly (as I had also thought). I believe I mentioned they've recently upped the condo fees in my building. They increased them quite a bit. When I bought the place last March I was told the condo fees were $430/month, and that seemed damn high to me. However, I quickly found out that they were actually $452/month.
