They're called 'Shadows'. These guys look pretty small, but some of them are really nasty.

Shadows. All right. What are they, and what do they do? They don't seem to have attacked anyone without provocation, as of now.

They'll attack certain people without a reason. They're...it's hard to explain, but they're like...magic, sorta. They're nasty and you can't beat 'em unless you can use a certain magic, and they attack people who use this magic.
