hey, take care of yourself, and don't beat yourself up over some boy. make sure you don't go the wounded healer path, since as a street medic, i do see that every now and then, and people don't deserve that kind of suffering. my thought about relationships, particularly romantic ones, are to help you develop yourself as a person, and for your partner, the same, but it shouldn't be so one-sided. just my two cents. good luck...
