There is something wrong with my car. My first thought was the clutch. Before yesterday evening, this had been a crazy week. I got an email from the Financial Aid office notifying me that they have a check for me. I had no idea what it would be. I checked my school account and after doing some research, I think I have confirmed that I was awarded a scholarship by the Faculty (of Land and Food Systems)! This afternoon I returned from a long weekend in Portland, as UBC had last week off for the Canadian version of Spring Break, called "Reading Break".
