if you have skype on your computer, and you call someone else's skype account on their computer, it is free. anywhere in the world. however, you can also call to regular phones with skype for SUPER cheap. for me to call the US it is about 2.1 cents a minute. !! to call izzakate it was more like 21 cents a minute, but that is still cheaper than the place i found here that was 35 cents. i'm not sure what it is to thailand... but like i said, from skype to skype its free.

its a free computer program that you can use to call people. if you have a microphone for your computer. its pretty rad. but like i said it aint free if the other person doesnt have it, but its still super duper cheap.
