Does anyone know anything about trail ratings for hiking trails? I want to go hiking in Shenandoah National Park this weekend, and one of the trails I'm interested in is listed as 'strenuous' with 'rock scrambling'. What does this mean? Now, I'm moderately fit. Should I not attempt this hike?

Mmm... Robert Jordan, author of the Wheel of Time series, passed away yesterday. That sucks. He had one book left to go in the series (which I've been reading since the 90s).
