I'm really glad things are looking up! It sounds like you're having lots of fun fixing up your house. This is the same one you lived in with your mom, right? I'm glad things are going well.

Oh me too. I am having fun fixing up the house, as much work as it is. It's nice having a house to make my own. It is the one I inherited from my parent's. Part of me wants to move and leave the memories behind, but realistically it is not financially smart. So I'm changing everything I can to make it mine.
