Today was my weigh in day (I do it every Monday). I weighed in at 156.4. I was 160.4 last week, which means I lost FOUR POUNDS this week. Four pounds is a good loss any week, but I feel extremely accomplished this week because Aunt Flo is visiting and all I've wanted to do is eat and not work out.
