I honestly have no idea what the hell is wrong with me, but I keep having days where I feel like someone spun me around in a tire swing. I haven't been able to eat very much all day because I just feel so ill. I know I am not pregnant, so I am wondering what the deal is. It is awful

could be vertigo....i get it once in awhile.. feels like your trippin without any drugs,, usually linked to an inner ear problem...
